PredictCare.AI provides educational content and business workflow support for healthcare growth and operations. The site does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, clinical decision support, legal advice, regulatory advice, or cybersecurity certification.
Do not submit PHI, patient records, or patient-specific information through this website, public scorecards, public forms, email links, or scheduling tools. Any engagement involving regulated data requires a separate written scope, appropriate tools, and applicable agreements before data is shared.
Case-specific growth, operational, revenue, compliance, or AI adoption outcomes depend on the organization, team, market, workflow, data quality, implementation, and review process. PredictCare.AI does not guarantee specific revenue, clinical, regulatory, or operational results.
AI workflows, drafts, tools, and templates should be reviewed by qualified humans before use. Healthcare organizations remain responsible for their own compliance, privacy, security, clinical, legal, marketing, and operational decisions.
Workshops, diagnostics, subscriptions, and implementation engagements may have additional terms, invoices, statements of work, cancellation rules, or payment requirements. If there is a conflict, the signed statement of work or written agreement controls.
HealthFounderOS content, frameworks, pages, templates, and materials are owned by PredictCare.AI or used with attribution where noted. You may use purchased or provided materials internally for your organization unless a separate agreement says otherwise. You may not resell, repackage, or publicly redistribute materials without written permission.
The site may link to third-party platforms such as Calendly, YouTube, payment processors, analytics providers, or resource sites. PredictCare.AI is not responsible for third-party content, policies, uptime, or security practices.
